Refunds and Returns

Email refund, exchange and store credit requests to info@alexanderandfitz.com within two days (48 hours) of the item's receipt. Returns must be postmarked within 72 hours of return label’s receipt. We provide full refunds for damaged or incorrect items; all other returns are eligible for exchange or store credit, minus the cost of s/h. Bathing suit bottoms and sale items are final sale items and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please use the provided size charts when choosing your items, and message us if you are unsure of your size; we want you to feel great in your Alexander and Fitz gear!
